Introduction

A founding principle of Transatel is to be able to control in real time on our OCS all network usage made by our SIM cards to provide our customers a wide portfolio of products (connectivity plans), options, and services such as Near Real Time CDRs and smart service barring.

We also propose ‘as a service’ our OCS to mobile operators or wholesale customers to manage end-user retail tariffs (capped bundles, spend capping or pay as you go offers). Both the wholesale and the retail products are eligible when subscribing to one of our offers.

Transatel's OCS exposes via API three main functions:

• Catalog: create and consult products or check availability of options
• Inventory: query a subscriber inventory to retrieve active plans, remaining balances, credit, and states of options
• Order processing: preload, subscribe, cancel, modify, terminate plans, manage options & credit
